The Ab Rehab program is designed to be easy to do right at home—with just a few simple pieces of equipment!
What You’ll Need
Foam roller – a 36" roller works best
Small exercise ball – about 9" (a children’s toy ball works great, too!)
Hip circle – a 12.5" circular resistance band
Long resistance band with handles – ideally 15–20 lbs
Bench or sturdy chair – to use in place of a workout bench
Optional Equipment
Light to medium dumbbells (typically 5–12 lbs)
No dumbbells? No problem—household items can work as substitutes!
